| In California, the taxpayer is rarely asked kind of questions so the money is used for political advancement. Our money is wasted on politicians' pet projects. People must make their own decisions after research and reasoning. Individuals must be responsible for the outcome. A shared energy system is fraught with complications, e.g. when one sells and moves away, the new owner is stuck with the previous owner's decision ( disclosures may not fully inform the buyer). But there is more. | |||

| I am a psychologist who consulted at State Mental Hospitals. The mentally ill/drug effected need taxpayer help after family resources are exhausted, church assistance is depleted, and private non-profits are drained ( this is not taxpayer funded "non-profits" and charitable organizations). | |||

| The three branches of government MUST stay within their Constitutionally defined jurisdictions. The soon to be fired governor of California far exceeded his authority but WAS NOT kept in line by our legislators. Those in the State Assembly and Senate FAILED their constituents. It is a travesty of government. The legislative branch makes the laws, not the executive branch. | |||
| Touched upon above, do not overlap the distinct branches of government. OPEN California NOW! The people must make their own decisions and not be forced to, ware a mask, etc.get a shot and so on. Shrink government, reduce strangling taxes and regulations, protect private property rights, NO eminent domain. Gun ownership is a Constitutional right. The US Constitution os a foundational document, not a mutable, "living document". Thanks for this opportunity to express my views. |
